Gisbir Hospital is committed to listening, responding and learning from our international patients’ experience.
We always like to hear from our patients when things have gone well. However, if you have a concern, we always try to resolve any problems as efficiently as possible. All concerns and complaints are treated with the strictest confidence; this will not affect your care in any way.
In the first instance please talk to your nursing team straight away. They will be able to assist you with any concerns and are always on hand to help. However, if this does not resolve the problem, then you can also escalate your concern by contacting our International Patient Services Department, who will deal with your concern or complaint immediately.

We wish to provide you, your family and your accompanying persons with the highest level of patient care. Before you leave, we would be grateful if you could fill in a short satisfaction survey which assists us in helping to continually improve the services we provide. If you require any assistance with filling this in, just ask our international patient staff to provide feedback.
